ok here are the dimensions we have to work with (at most).....20" wide x 20" high x 16" depth......i doubt there is a way to go ported even with a 12....let me know if there is and would a 15 sealed (2.5ft.^3) be louder than a 12 ported???

i guess ill stick with my original plan.....1 15" L7 sealed and a hifonics 1500

No he won't. In a small sealed box, it will be just right for than bx1500d.
