I got that 1.8 from the WinISD specs on the sub, I had no other place to get information on the sub... The ports are 19" long and that was the only 4" PVC piping that Home Depot had.Ummm...it ISN'T 1.8 cubes of sub displacement...NO WHERE near it.
So, your ports are about 21" long? It'll end up being around 5 cubes NET @34hz, ~51 in^2 of port.
I'd flare the edges of the port as much as you can...use a dremel or coarse sandpaper. Also, why'd you get the THICK walled PVC...next time use the thinnest shit.
For a 15"...i'd use 4-4.5 cubes NET @31-33hz...and use aero or precision port flares...
