Ummm...it ISN'T 1.8 cubes of sub displacement...NO WHERE near it.
So, your ports are about 21" long? It'll end up being around 5 cubes NET @34hz, ~51 in^2 of port.

I'd flare the edges of the port as much as you can...use a dremel or coarse sandpaper. Also, why'd you get the THICK walled PVC...next time use the thinnest shit.

For a 15"...i'd use 4-4.5 cubes NET @31-33hz...and use aero or precision port flares...

I got that 1.8 from the WinISD specs on the sub, I had no other place to get information on the sub... The ports are 19" long and that was the only 4" PVC piping that Home Depot had.

Okay well the fucking box doesnt fit in my trunk..... It would fit if not for the hook on the bottom of the trunk opening for the latch to lock, i tried to get that bitch off but couldnt get it out. I guess I'll be making something else, unless someone has some ideas for me.

My friend has a single 15, so I might just give it to him.

But how would I go about assembling it in the trunk? I dont think I have enough room to work with, it is like the exact height of the trunk as it is, I wouldnt be able to out screws back in the top/bottom which is what I would need to remove. I'll try to get some pics of the latch up tomorrow or something, or I might just go for something simple and make a slot port up tomorrow or Sunday afternoon.

When i built my SS for the neon it didnt fit in the car either, try removing the hook, in the neon they were removable.
