break those screws off that came through the box and caulk over the holes they left.

it'll make it look cleaner

or if you have alot of sawdust, you can mix some wood glue with sawdust and then you'll have some wood filler, you can fill it with that.

It's 27 x 19.5 x 23.5...

So ~5.8 cubes before displacement... This is a too small?

I'm gonna have to side with Eugenics on this one, a few others I have asked have agreed that the box is not too small as well. The pictures just make it seem small...

5.8 cubes, .6 cubes of port displacement, and 1.8 cubes of sub displacement (according to WinISD's specs.) I cant imagine making a much larger enclosure...

Okay I got it all put together tonight, I still have some caulking to do but it is basically finished. I am still not sure if I am going to carpet it, I am unsure if it will fit in my trunk as it is so carpeting will only add thickness...

Comparison to the dining room chair, maybe it doesnt look so small now?...

Ummm...it ISN'T 1.8 cubes of sub displacement...NO WHERE near it.

So, your ports are about 21" long? It'll end up being around 5 cubes NET @34hz, ~51 in^2 of port.

I'd flare the edges of the port as much as you can...use a dremel or coarse sandpaper. Also, why'd you get the THICK walled PVC...next time use the thinnest shit.

For a 15"...i'd use 4-4.5 cubes NET @31-33hz...and use aero or precision port flares...
