15 in. Sub, Which one?

Alright, I am wondering which 15 in sub i should get. I am leaning for spl this time, and I am on a tight budget. I know that the Tempest is my best bet right now. I have already built a box with about 4.5 cubic feet, which I am planning on tuning to about 35 hz ( with your help because I've never ported a box before ). So with that type of box, what would be the best 15 in sub? Thank you.

Yeah i say the e15k and 300 watts RMS would sound very nice.
