12v constant not working

I have a 1992 caprice classic and my 12v constant wire isn't working. No settings on my radio are being saved and I have to always skip past the setup menu every time I turn on my car. I tested the wire out on my multi meter and nothing.. Is there a way to fix this?

pull your HU out and check the wire. The EIA Color Standard for 12V memory is yellow. Make sure it is correctly hooked to the wiring harness. After that it might be best to run a new wire to your fuse box.
