kinda figured 4 cubes would be fine for them. I will just be burping them full power, which after rise aint going to be close to 4300w

Difference between old and new models are. Newt baskets and larger spider landings on the new version also the new ones will take more power than the old versions Recones aren't too bad price wise and are easy to get the older ones are harder to get

I agree with you here. You *can* get away with 5 cubes, but I wouldn't want to risk it since he's already sending a ton of power to them

A burp is where you play a test tone ( bass note ) for 5-30 sec as loud as your system can go without breaking anything

Yes specs are completely different. The spider landing on the new subs are 10" and the old ones are 7 or 8" I think. Also the coil is different ( better ) from what I'm told by ab The new subs take more power

I already have 1 of the newer models and the one I bought off 2000LaDe that arrived yesterday is the old model. Looks like I'm gonna try and sell this one.
