12IDQ v2 in a transmission line

anyone think this is a bad idea? the line will be tuned to 27hz with 78"^2 of port. I just hope it sounds good...

I got a pair of ID8d2v3's. Im doing 1.2-1.3 cubes ported tuned at 32Hz. Im sticking with a regular slot port with some 45's in the corners. Have you looked at the manual for them? They have the frequency graph on their manual for the specific sub.

I've got those same subs too, one currently in my room in a transmission line, line is tuned to 35hz and 40"^2 of port, sounds amazing but i want a little more, hence the 12IDQ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Drew up for this sub and the line will be 26hz, i think it should be fine considering i'd need another 2feet to make it 19hz, I'll post pics hopefully by this weekend.
