125.2 getting hot

Under a trunk lid an amp will get hot just sitting there - I had a black Civic trunk and the amps were hot enough to burn my hand without even playing.
If it's not shutting off chances are it's not TOO hot, though.

my 125.2 gets hella hot just sitting there on w/no circulation.
