Correct for MECA members! This has been a pretty consistant (fair) and fast was to verify classes. MECA members must use AGU, ANL or mini-ANL, AUE, ATC fuses .Just a Heads up, MECA classes are determined by fusing and cone surface area. MECA allows you to use an external fuse block (MUST BE VISIBLE) within 18" of the amp as a reference for fusing rather than the fusing in your amp. This can be advantageous, because you may only need a 80amp fuse to burp your subs, whereas your amp may have 150 amps worth of fusing. Using the external fuse with a lower current rating puts you in a lower class and makes you more competitive.
