Sound quality is so often misrepressented. Sound quality is the ability of a speaker/subwoofer to have a flat response curve over a specific frequency range. That being said sound quality is more determined by a well designed enclosure for a given vehicle/sub(s)/amp(s) rather then just sub A or sub B thrown in some prefab garb.

u planning on running the idq and dayton off the 600 watts and not the 1000 right?

the dayton has more output from 35hz down but 35hz up the idq is louder

*according to winisd, 1.5 cubic foot tuned to 30hz 600 watts*

tc has an epic 12 that looks to be very similar looking to the idq according to winisd

Yea I was thinking of upgrading the amp eventually over the summer when my job season starts, and if I go the dayton i was thinking like 2cubic feet tuned to 30-32

Took a look at the TC Epic you mentioned and if it is like the IDQ12 then its cheaper than the ID but more than the Dayton, but I can run it with 1000 watts instead.

I am just waiting on funds for all the electrical upgrades. Then I will be starting my spring build with 2 sundown 2500s and 2 9512s. The mids and highs will be a surprise so stay tuned. Thread has been officially jacked. lol

It will be more then double the power I have ever ran, but it's been a long time in the works, can't wait to actually get started...So if anyone interested in a Custom Neo 18 built by teamPSI still BNIB, or 2 12 AQ HDC w/Al Coils, OR an OS RF 800a2. PM for pics/info. I do not want to part with any of these things, but need some more funds.
