12 inch sony xplod 1300 watt 330 rms

R u dumb? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
Qpower sucks & worst then sony

Save $40-60 more & get type R or Infinity Kappa perfect, You can get new for cheap on ebay.
Actually, those subs hit pretty hard. Also, those subs hit way harder than sony. You're probably thinking of the old Q power products. Lately their new subs hit pretty hard.

the reason they worked good, is becaus you used a sony amp with the sony subs....and yes, sony is total JUNK.not trying to be an *** or anything, but IMO if you think sony gets loud and doesn't sound bad, you must never have heard a GOOD system

You and cot jones should be friends.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

SONY subs are pretty decent. They won't go too low, or have great control once fast bass comes on, but outside of that they are alright. Cheap bass desired, cheap subs. No offense to you OP. If you want cheap bass, the SONY will do it off that amp just fine. I do agree with the *non* flaming posts advising you to look elsewhere. Sound is subjective, but build quality and warranties aren't.

actually i there are infinity perfects onsale right now in mah city.... for 199.... 12 in sub and a box... regualler 489.... i could pick up one of these.... but how well will my 350W mono amp power it??

yea pioneer subs are pretty decent..... there are pioneer champs for 140 at futureshop.. they seem good... myjaja were u refering to the kappa perfects as they ****??? or the q power ones

qpower???

lol!!!

I bought one of those 15s as a replacement speaker for my brother's piano amp, in no way do I consider those anything that will bump, GUARANTEE IT

The rms on those is 100-150, as well anything that low with that small of a magnet just probably won't get you as much as you'd hope

if you want though, I do have an extra 15 and two 10 qpowers for sale :p

yes there i go.... but how well will my amp power say a 1200W 400 rms pioneer chap sub?? or a 1400W 500Rms infinity kappa perfect??? its is 350 max mono... will the subs still pound until i get a better amp?? or will they be like my 12IN 400W visonik sub

Note to you Robert...

FORGET the word MAX!! all you want to know is RMS, that's it. This goes for subs and amps (especially amps)

For subs, know that you can exceed their RMS by a few hundred watts normally.
