I have 2 SX 12's on 2 nine.1's and love it. Haven't heard or used the others, but thought I'd toss my .02 in there any way.

ive had my sx only hooked up to about 400 and it didnt get moving much but surprised me with the decent output it had..im pickin up my nine.1 tomorrow so ill let you know how that is. i would shy away from the 12.1 though isnt it like 350 brand new? you can get a nine.1 with transferable warranty for around 220-260 usually with a year or two on the warrenty.
