whatever the diameter isThat port is way to close to the bottom of that box.
I thought the rule was to keep the opening as far away from inside wall as the port is wide. Everything else looks good. I need to start deadening my project soon.
Correct it probably is to long. I just told him to start as long as he could go to about 3" off the bottom of the box and we'll cut 1" off at a time until it's peaks for spl and is fairly flat from 40-48hz. And when it comes to aeroports like this you can surprisingly go pretty close to one wall and within 2-3" from the floor. I've gotten as close as 1" with a 6" aeroport to the floor with no spl effects just tuning effects. You just have to make sure at least 3 sides of the port are not obstructed. That port is way to close to the bottom of that box.

Yes they are little monsters. Low amperage and high voltage power. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I had my friend listen to another build I helped with two 12's powered by a 4k2d music 149db and he was sold.I can't get over how tiny that amp is for the power it puts out.
