If you didn't see it here is the original post with some testing and pics.

With the exception of the alternator and an extra Kinetik 2400 coming next week today was the final testing for music tuning and spl gains.

Since the original post the box has been painted, resined and better power wire run from front to back batteries and to the amp.

Today we tested power with the new wiring with the Stetsom 4k2d and got 3200w @ 12.2v and spl averages 151.4db from 43-46hz and peaked at 151.6db at 45hz.

Efficiency of the box over 150.0db is .1db for every 100w so we're hoping that with the addition of the alternator we'll gain around 1000w and hope to gain about 1db over our current peak spl. And also to be able to hold 150db with music.

This past weekend at a Db Drag event with the lack of upgraded alternator we music in Bass Race 148.5db and peaked spl 150.8db. Below is the video of the run and pics of the show

Stock alt
Yes stock alt. During the bass race run his voltage was in the low 10's. DC engineering 270 amp alt is coming next week along with another 2400. Alternator is probably good enough but he got a killer deal on used 2400 and figured it couldn't hurt to add another.

Very nice indeed, sure the after market alt will help alot. Nonetheless very impressive:)

I'm saving right now for a 4k2d. Such a nice little monster
This weekend was the first time I finally got to test the 4k2d on good electrical from another person car and we got 5000w 12v running it a little less then 1ohms rising to 3-4ohms. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I'll admit it's not the most efficient amp on the planet but for size that totally makes up for it in my opinion. Even with minimal electrical like you see here over 3000w at 4.5ohms after rise is still crazy. Besides the fan being a little noisy it's the craziest best sounding little amp I've every tested
