07 VW Jetta Install: Help Needed

I am going to help a buddy install a system in his Jetta next weekend.

He is going to keep his existing head unit and factory components. We are using a LOC to get signal to his amp (JL a1400). My question is, is there a wiring harness that will connect to the factory harness with a break out for the speaker wires that I can connect the LOC to while maintaining connections to the factory components? If not, does anyone know where I can locate the color break down for the speaker wires on the factory harness?

just put the loc under the rear deck use a scotch block to tap into the radio wires. thats easiest.
