07 Tahoe Bluetooth

I just installed an isimple Bluetooth adapter to my factory navigation with Bose. It functions 100% but when I make calls the person on the other line is hearing a high pitched whine with acceleration (engine noise) I don't hear it on my end on a call or when playing music via Bluetooth. Any suggestions on how to fix this or a suggestion on a different model that works better? Isimple Isgm8518 2007 factory nav with Bose
