06 Mustang Complete System Plan

I'm going to begin work on a 2006 Mustang. System products to be included:

Hean Unit: Alpine IVA-D100

Subwoofers: 2) 12" Fi Q's Dual 2 ohm

Subwoofer Boxes: (still deciding on specs)

Subwoofer amps: 2) eD nine.1's, one for each subwoofer.

Electrical: Stock alt with 2 optima yellow tops in the trunk.

Wiring: Big 3 and power wire with 1/0ga from weldingsupply.com

Components and comp amp are going to go in at a later date.

How's the setup look? Do you think the system will be alright electrically with the stock alternator?
