04 Mustang GT Mach+Aftermarket Help

First off Im currently in school studying for my MECP Advanced Certification so I know somewhat what Im talking about but if I am incorrect please correct me.

Anyway I installed a Jensen Phase Linear into my 2004 Mustang GT. After all was said and done I have run into a problem... You cannot integrate and there is NO module that I know of on the market to allow the factory amps to continue pumping which *****... but anyway without the two factory amps in the rear deck powered on I get signal to my rear 6x8s and the tweets however my mid base in the door panels are not getting any signal and I assume this is because the AMPS in the rear deck are powered off.

I do not wish to reuse the factory amps and also do not wish to buy what I can fab myself, I.E. an amp bypass kit. I was wondering if I can cut the rear amp harnesses and bypass the amps straight to the amp output with quick disconnects so I can keep the factory harness just in case I want to revert back to the original setup.

Edit: This is a Mach Stereo 460 I believe

Does the signal path go from the head unit to the rear of the car, into the amp, and out directly to the door mid bass? Or is there some sort of cross over that needs to be bypassed as well? When I replaced my tweeters to digital designs tweeters I noticed some low frq trying to get through the tweeter and I had to put a pair of capacitors on the two front tweeters so does this mean that im going to need to put a pair of inductors on the Mid bass 6x8 door panel speakers and if so what henrys should they be at im trying to get my cross over points around 250hz-2khz? Will I have to wire a mild cap and inductor in series? call me cheap but I don't want to rerun the entire harness through a cross over.

(Setup: 2 Gauge "Big 3", 220 Amp DB Electrical alt, 1600 watt Hifonics Zeus w/4 gauge oxy free/ 140 amp CB, 2 Digital Designs DD 1515 15" 600rms-2k Peak in a low pass self made rearseat delete box, Jesen UV10 w/ all modules)
