AlphaCell 195GXL Batteries any good?

A guy is selling them in the classified section and they seem like pretty good batteries, but can they withstand the constant voltage drops and recharging, when used in a car audio system?

How long did they last?

I heard they don't last that long under all the stress from the audio system.

How would this battery compare to a Kinetik battery? Which would probably last longer?
