03 tahoe factory sub removal

Whats up guys? New to the forum but was hoping i could get some help with this issue. Tahoe has bose (non premium) w/o onstar. Some jack*** b4 me has cut the wires to the factory sub to run an inline inverter and cut the lines so close i dont have room to rewire it. Prob is... How the hell do you get this thing out? Its an easy fix if i could get to it. Seems like there is virtually no info on the net ab removal. thanks in advance for any help.
