03 Honda Accord install

Looks good.. kind of threw me of on the tweeter holders do... you shoul probably try like fiberglassing it or something to make it seem less wood like? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/idea.gif.5acb6a39a9b92425414c316dda202bad.gif just my 2 cents.

In due time. After I did it, I told myself I'd make a 1 piece mount and Bondo it but its temp because I didn't want the tweets swinging all over the place. In the future I plan to fiberglass the doors but for now, its good enough. Fiberglassing looks tricky and I'm not ready to hack away at the doors.

Whats good everyone. I just got a new amp for my Honda. Finally got some cash to update my equipment. Just got the Infinity Kappa Four amplifier from my man Cliff (good looking out Homie!). I don't know what anybody else thinks of the brand, but i rock with them. This bad boy is pretty to me. I was going to get the Kappa 6x9 3-ways but i wanted to save the paper. I'm a little wishey-washey. I'm SERIOUSLY leaning on upgrading my sub woofer to the... (drum roll)... SA-12 D4... man, that sub is OMG beautiful. Thinking about installing that sub with the magnet OUT. But anyway here are pics of my new gift to myself...

Otherwise... enjo:)y. Hopefully this will be in by Sunday night.

Just got the amp installed. Nothing special or crazy customization but instead we have simple and effective installation. I got the front stage at half gain a little bit over the 32 hz. The 60.9s go down to 45 hz and pull at 2 ohms. BTW, this amp is amazing, Just unvelievable. I was happy with the free Sony amp i have but now the 60.9s sound like they just gotten a big adrenaline boost from this amp. I mean D*MN my speakers are rocking! And I'm just running a front stage. I somehow have show this thread the justice of the Infinity brand. Maybe Ill shoot the car with a camera 100 yrs away and see what kind of range this system has. Simply reading what i feel isnt enough. But anyway here are pics.

Next step is to get some Dynamat and Dynaliner. Until then, Peace.

**** that Infinity amp looks impressive, huge power terminals

nice build up man,my only criticism is that i'd recommend trying the tweeters in different positions before throwing in the dash for good

yea, i still havnt touched the tweets. Im pissed because i lost the right side OEM tweeter housing in my mess of garage. No biggie though. I see everybody likes throwing the tweets in the pillars but im not sold on the idea. i think the fact that they are separated so far from the drivers it would not be a good sound stage. I thought about mounting them into the door, roughly 3 ft away from the driver.
