Been a while since I was in the market for a smaller amp. What's the go to these days? Must have clipping indicator.

No Taramps.
No pedo owned company amps.

If space isn't a problem the cab-22 has a clip light and pretty solid and the sundown saev4 monoblocks have clip lights on the knob.

One those would probably be my choice depending on budget.

Think the Audio control LC 1.1500 and the new Altitude and Epic series have clipping indicators. New ones are nice pricing

SAEv4 1500 is top of my list so far. CAB2200 will be a bit overkill but price is nice. Does it have a knob with clipping light cause I don't see one on the amp and their website doesn't show the knob.

Soundqubed S1-1250 would be perfect but it's not in stock and their prices have gotten out of hand.


Just going to be on two SA-8s.

When I was shopping for 4500s for my last car I considered the CAB-45s but the price was like $800 each for them at the time so I went Ruthless Audio. The current price of $480 is damn good but out of stock.
