My previous box for my Q15 D2 was 3.9 ft³ tuned to 32, but with two 6" aero ports. Originally had it on two 4" aeros, and definitely got louder going up to 6s. Honestly, I'd give it 4 ft³, and see if you can go up to a single 8 or two 6" ports. Mine is in a 6th now and is just all around better...

Which sub? I'm sure we can help you figure out if a 4th or 6th is a good option.

Mine went together in about 30 minutes after it was built and I did a test fit in the trunk.

If you're firing through the equivalent of an armrest, you're better off doing a 4th or 6th if you can.

I'd say it came out pretty well. Need my new alt and a bigger amp to see what she's really got in her, and a lot of testing different ports.

I used a ton of 2-1/2" strong corner braces to help mine go together when I built my 6th into my trunk. Helped to align everything at 90 degrees.
