    sticking 'glass to door panels

I suggest he thoroughly clean the panels first. Then sand the door with 60 or 80 grit and drill LOTS of holes into the panels. Make sure the f/g resin gets into the holes and after that is almost cured add more f/g cloth or matt and resin from the backside. That will lock it down.

    snailshell and rearhorn

The drawing is not to scale apparently, so it just might be correct. Look at the 7" wide port...it is out of scale.

    PRE-Fleece fiberglass PICS need help!!!

I would run a couple of dowel rods or even scaps of MDF from the backsides of the rings down to the MDF bottom or back. It will help stiffen the completed structure. Also you should round over the edges of the rings to give the curves a better "flow". If you have a belt sander that is a snap...

    Final Fiberglass Questions...

If you have an angle grinder use it. I use it to trim hardened pieces and grind out air bubbles so I can go back and fill them. If you're stuck with the dremel, then check out **THESE** little wonders. They cut f/g very well, don't shatter like the other kinds and last a looooong time.

Hmm. Post says Atlas, but link takes me to Shiva??? If it is for the Atlas, try 2 cubes sealed each, mid Q setting on the second VC.

    Tweeter Placement

Yep. Or use double sided sticky tape and adjust one component at a time. By that I mean play with the tweeter aiming until you are happy with the image and height. Get ahold of a good quality setup CD (like maybe the Autosound 2000 CD) to help with judging your success. After you're happy...

    Qtc. on sealed boxes

I suggest using foam blocks which you can get at a craft store like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. It is easy to cut to the required volume and easy to stick down (dab of silicone) once you decide on your preferred Qtc.

    Enclosure trouble...

If you have a slot port and change the height you SHOULD get different port lengths because of the end correction factor. Try using the 101 calc. and click NO for the "Slot Port" and change the dimensions. Notice the port length doesn't change. That is the way it should be. Take it or leave...
