well i make mine out of 1/2 inch mdf,and router the mounting hole to counter sink the speaker to avoid it rubbing the door panel.

hahahaha thats a bunch of crap,LoL.the best ground on a car is the frame itself,remember keep the ground wire the same guage as ur power wire and the shorter the better,dont forget to scrape the paint away when you ground it.

well are you adding a amp for the inside speakers?u can leave the inside all stock ,and just ad a LOC(LINE OUT CONVERTOR),and add a sub amp,and set the amp to low pass,and just bass for your subs,and the rest is the same way it was before,and also the cheaper way,well hope this helps

well radio iinstall on that car is gonna cost,it has RDS,(RADIO DATA SYSTEM)when replacing it u need extra modules,cause your door chime will stop working and other dash guages.so i would recommend take it to the pros.

its a 3 position(momentary switch)on-off-0n,just wire 2 relays up for it one for up and one for down,then mount the switch somewhere .
