mtx.com should have the specs,also,u can comparre amps to that sub there also,dont really need a mtx amp but you can get the idea of how much power,also check out the compare section where they rate the 9500 subs better than the w7's,all can be varified on mtx.com and jl .com,well thats what mtx website says.

 
A good amp would be the MTX 1501d amp. They don't make this particular amp anymore but you can still find them. Very powerful amp with great SQ. I have them pushing my 2 L7s and I am very pleased. Good luck!

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
