You could (literally) clarify (not literally) a million times and he'd still never get it. I do find it interesting that lower courts were able to determine Trump's actions were "unconstitutional" on other issues, but now it has to be the SCOTUS. There are videos on Youtube of local (ie city/county) judges tossing unconstitutional searches, so there must be some confusion about what judges have what powers. Luckily we have Rob here to clarify it all for us.

The courts are a cloudy area for me for sure. I kind of rely on Rob to show me when it is appropriate to be a hypocrite.
