Choosing right Amp for door speakers

I have 4 Kenwood KFC-C6896PS door speakers. They’re rated at 81rms 4 ohms. I want to wire them in parallel and with a final impedance of 2ohms with about 160 watts rms. I found an amplifier that says “150 watts rms x4 channel - 2 ohm” Will that work? Also do I wire the fronts together in parallel and then the backs together in parallel? Or what type of amplifier would be best for this situation if it’s even possible?

okay, so if I do that the 2 ohm rating shouldn’t go over 160 watts right? And then would I run both the front and rear right speakers together and the front and rear left speakers together since it only has left and right inputs or can I still run the front in parallel and then the back in parallel? This is my first time installing equipment and I just want to be close to the rms power without blowing my speakers and also make sure I wore them right.

If you're running speakers up front and in the rear you should do a 4 channel amp with one speaker per channel not wiring them down to 2 ohm

Well let me tell you my full plan. I have two 12” subs rated at 300watts rms. I want to run them parallel to a mono block that does 500 watts rms 2 ohms. Then I want a separate amp for my four door speakers that I’m upgrading and you’re saying I absolutely cannot run them parallel and to get a four channel amp that can handle them art they’re 4 ohm rating?

If you want to run them parallel, you only need a 2 channel amplifier ( left and right). If you’re getting a 4 channel amplifier, you don’t need to run parallel. Just run one speaker per channel.
I would prefer the 4 channel, as that gives you greater tuning control over the speakers.

Idk how much you read but would you recommend just running a 2 channel amp for for subs instead of making them parallel and using a mono amp?

95%+ of bass is mono. So 2 channels or mono for the subwoofers is not going to make a difference to the sound. If you are shopping for amplifiers, most likely the mono amplifier will be cheaper than a 2 channel that is large enough for subwoofers.

Maybe. I wouldn't parallel the speakers because you'll the the ability to fade from front to rear.

Pioneer 4ch are good amps. I have 2 of them now high def too. On the bench test video did rated plus more. Cost is good too. If you shop around you can find them for under $200. I have one powering four corners in my Tacoma extra cab with a pair of top of the line pioneer components up front and a pair of 6x8 in the back and then the second amp is bridged powering 2 Polk audio subs in the old fashioned kicker substation boxes that I replaced the subs with the polks a number of years ago and system rocks sounds great.
