Ground wire

I am installing Bluetooth speakers on ATV and the wiring indicates positive to battery (+) and the ground wire to frame….the wiring has an inline fuse. Can go straight to battery (-) instead of the frame?

Double grounding is always best whether high watt system or not. Both the frame and the battery negative, or either one. Obviously grounds don't need fuses just power wires.
