Touch screen for 2005 Stratus

I have a 2005 Dodge Stratus 3.0 coupe and I'm looking to replace the factory head unit. I would really like to install one with a touch screen but I'd rather not spend $800 or more. Something budget friendly that is reliable too. I'm considering the Jensen CAR1013, any other suggestions?

There are so many good options if you only seek the basics like touch screen, BT, and USB. Just use the legacy brands and you will be good, stay away from the very attractive Chinese Android radios. I am sure there are some reliable ones now but it is still not established which brand/s.
