That's not what the owner wanted. If it's built right it won't leak. The front patio is on a 1/12 pitch. We get about 4" of rain per year. The leak will be at the bottom of the siding because I couldn't drop it a couple of inches below the slab. The bottom plates will really have to be sealed on the inside of the laundry room. The owner knows this and doesn't care. Thanks for your concern.
