I built this thing on and off in the last couple of weeks. It's 12'x14'. All 2"x6" construction 16" on center. It's actually going to be a laundry room for four trailers that sit on 2 acres. 54 and still going. Yes, the posts are pressure treated and the soffits are enclosed.
