No Voltage in Remote wire and no Sound on Front Rear Right Channel RCA

Hello
I have Installed Pioneer ZF-9350 BT
With 3 Amps Separate for Front Rear and Sub
I checked with volt meter their is NO Voltage coming from Remote Wire
Also RCA have alot of Noise as well Right channel RCA Front and Rear both have no Sound.
What should i do?
Is there any fuse in Remote wire?

Where is your remote wire getting power from?

Your amps put out no sound, are they off since remote wire isn't turning them on?

Before remote wire was perfectly working. But i think RCA touched the Ground and after that this happened. No power in remote wire and Became noisy and righ front and rear no Sound

You may need to Bench test your HU.
