Could probably fit 2 10s or 4 8s which would give you more cone area.

The sa12 If it's a v2 can handle a little more power but you are already above rms and any more power will rapidly kill it if you just get the wrong boosted song and send it to clip city.

You could likely raise tuning to about 36hz and gain on the meter without losing too much low end.

That might crowd out the port too much but yeah, I don't think sub firing forward is doing you any favors here. If that were my vehicle I'd try sub and port up.

I'd also be a bit concerned that the acrylic window may be flexing. How thick is it I wonder?
Made the adjustment sounds better thanks. With limited space would I be able to upgrade the sub with the same box?

I would add two more of the same subs and look at selling the 2k to go towards the funds of a decent 5-8k mono amplifier and new enclosure
