No power to amp fuses??

First test the leads by settimg DMM to Ohms, then touch tips together. Should be zero Ohms. Make sure ground point is solid and that meter is on DC Volts.
All that's been done. Thought maybe my leads were bad. Like I said, the amp functions normally, just not sure what to think about these fuses. Also checked them with a Continuity tester, there good.

Not the first time an amp has used fake fuses.
Took the back off and the fuses definitely aren't fake. Pulled the fuses out then check the fuse terminals for power, they test @ 14.4v. Triple checked the fuses and they test good, reinstall them and get no voltage reading ( definitely making contact) and amp functions normally except for the logo illumination.
