Sealed 15 inch enclosure

Have a 15 inch coming for my personal build. Figured I’d get a head start.

Coming along well mate! Looks like 2.5 - 3 cu feet box. You may have to apply internal bracing depending on the power you are going to run mate.
 
Holy mackerel.
Have you considered overlays that don’t meet at the corner, and using a hardwood quarter round, or does this make for a stronger box?
That must take forever to make (unless you’re lucky enough to have CNC or other automated cutting).
It makes the baffle very strong the way it’s locked in to the T on the back side. I don’t have a CNC machine. After I get the first few cut out I use them as a guide and use a flush trim router bit to just zip them out 3 at a time. Took me about 3 hours to do the corners for this one, and I have a few extra left over.
