Found that my power wire at my fuse block near my battery was almost burnt into. It was only a small thread still connected leading to the amp. Now I have to figure out what caused that to happen. You shouldn't have that much voltage drop with that amount of power. Sounds like the voltmeter is connected to the capacitor, is that correct? I would check connections if the new battery is the only thing you changed before the problem started.
12.2 restingAnd what is the resting voltage on the battery (motor turned off and car has set for a while)?
Probably a loose connection or inadequate wire gauge.Found that my power wire at my fuse block near my battery was almost burnt into. It was only a small thread still connected leading to the amp. Now I have to figure out what caused that to happen.
Throw that in the trash.Audiopipe 6 farad

Thanks I bought a AGM battery but I found that is was a wiring problem my power with was burned almot in to at the battery fuse block causing the low current to the trunkThat's a little low. The capacitor is just a weight on your system IMO, isn't help.
That battery voltage says to me you'll need a new battery soon. This is a good chance to invest in a good battery to help give your system more juice. Can you charge your battery at home with a slow deep charge?
