2019 f150 4 door, just like the one in the first picture

4-8's under your back seat facing forward in a ported box is the best way to get those trucks going.

Reason I went with the original was to keep the under seat storage. Now I'd like to avoid having to rewire the amp because it's current location wouldn't allow for and under seat...I'd be ok with a center console style box if something like that would be needed to get a single 12 to run properly

I'm just being honest with you. Re-wire the amp. My 4- 8's on 3K out metered 2- 12's on 6K today by a pretty good margin. If you want bass, then, drop 4-8's under the seat in a nice ported box. You will be shocked. It's up to you though. If you want some bass, then, put an XFL1222 in that center console box an that amp.

That's really all I'm trying to get at, was just wanting to make sure if I get another sub that can handle the power, if it wasn't just going to burn it up too cause the box being too small. I just like a good thump, not trying to redo the whole shebang.

And on another note, took the sub out of the box....you can shake the sub and hear something rattling around in it.....wtf?
