I see people running classic vehicle plates on Suburbans like the one that I posted. I think that they are trying to get past smog restrictions. My pic is of a 94' Suburban.

As stated earlier anything 25 years or older can run a classic plate. In most states you don't have to have an emmisions test on anything that old. But you pay extra for the classic plate.

I personally don't consider cars from the 90's as classic cars. Just sayin

I would consider the Grand National, GNX, Mustang GT 5.0, and the IROC-Z classics from the 80's.
