As stated earlier anything 25 years or older can run a classic plate. In most states you don't have to have an emmisions test on anything that old. But you pay extra for the classic plate.I see people running classic vehicle plates on Suburbans like the one that I posted. I think that they are trying to get past smog restrictions. My pic is of a 94' Suburban.

I like all those but not classic. Just like hair metal isn't classic rock.I would consider the Grand National, GNX, Mustang GT 5.0, and the IROC-Z classics from the 80's.
