As stated earlier anything 25 years or older can run a classic plate. In most states you don't have to have an emmisions test on anything that old. But you pay extra for the classic plate.

Sorry in this state you can only drive it certain months of the year. It is a one time fee and you are done but you lose out on being able to drive it year round with their Classic plate. You can only get a temp permit for the month of Jan for a maximum of 5 days.

And yes most states you still need emissions tests depending on your area. Mine you do not for any car. However if you take it into a mechanic if it comes in with a convertor on it, it must leave with a convertor on it. But what you can do is cut out the convertor and stick a pipe in there and clamp it down. When I first got my '84 Cutlass Calais I took out the convertor, took it in and had true dual exhaust run for it on the 307 that was in there at that time. He took out the Y Pipe and went straight down and out the back from the manifolds. When I did the small block 350 he did it right from the end of the headers and into the existing piping.

Every state is different bro. That's why I didn't say ALL states.

First two yes. Last, nope. I no nothing about vaping. Never have. Don't even know anyone that does.
