Perfect, thanks. I'll do more homework on my end prior to reporting back.

So I'm trying to build a component list for this build. I may run poplar plywood because it seems that its lighter.

Considering building this as 2 boxes that fit together as one for easier removal (I do fold rear seats flat when I use my jeep for hauling, so easier removal, amp disconnect plugs etc will be valuable considerations for this build)

Amps. Struggling here. If you guys were to build this setup, how would you do the amp(s)? A single amp that pushes 1200 watts RMS single channel? (Basing these RMS calcs from the 6.5 subs listed from Popwarhomie). 2 dual channel amps with 300w per channel? A single 4 channel amp with 300 watts per channel? 2 600 watt mono amps? Bridged or non bridged?

Also, how have experiences been with the off brand cheap amps? Rockville, boss, planet audio, Pyle, crunch, pyramid, hifonics, audiopipe, lanzar, sound storm, precision power? I know the majority of these probably come from the same Chinese manufacturing plant, but are any of them decent?

I always try to double the amps RMS rating from the Subwoofers. For 4 300rms subwoofers I would get a 2400 rms amp to combat impedance rise and its always good to have some headroom.

I can't recommend any of those amp brands. If you want a cheap/small/ powerful amp your options would be Taramps or Sundown SFB line.

Roger that. I've read awesome things about Sundown, but their website is abysmal for finding information. I hadn't heard of Taramps, but it looks like they have some awesome prices. They have many that I think would work for me, but I don't think the one you specified would as it doesn't have high level inputs. I don't believe the Sundown does either, but not sure since I can't really find any info on it.

Alright as big as possible, 4x 6.5s, Once volume is calculated if I understand correctly we can calculate the port size. What port type would be ideal for this project?

Also, I'm planning to build out of 3/4 inch birch ply, unless somebody has a better idea.

Are you doing a midbass setup or are the mids you want bass out of or is this 6.5 subs?

Long time ago, I did a 4 kicker 6x9 ported box. I tuned it too low, 40 hz.

Oh man it's been a minute since I've seen somebody using massive. Those are nice little woofers it looks like. 15mm xmax. nice.

I think I would do .5-.6 per cube ported, looking at the manual. So maybe 2 cubes net. You could do a series 6th with these possibly. If you have enough space, you might consider that. It probably won't be easy to build. I wouldn't do a 4th bandpass because of how high the Fs is on these. The EBP matches sealed but that Fs doesn't do it for me. Idk what the Frc would be on a 4th with the sealed sizes they give, i'm not gonna enter in all the stuff to calculate that. I just know that's a high Fs.

Some people here saying like .3 per cubed, so I could do 4, .5 to .6 total should be fine too, as I'd just run 2. I would assume 2 of these would be enough for what I want, but I haven't heard them in person. Not looking to bump the top off the jeep or bow the doors, but some nice deep thump you can feel in your chest would be awesome.

Oh ok I got you. I missed what this was going in. I read through the user manual. They recommend something like .4x cubes to .66 irc. They seem good about their box volume, it's very specific. So I would follow the manufacturer recommendations for cubic feet.

Ugh if i was like smart, i would've seen that's literally your first post. have some derp sauce from buck

anyways, I would side fire into a wall. If you can squeeze both subs on one side of the box and do the port on either the other side, or running underneath the subs. I don't think i've done a jeep, but i've done underseat boxes. let me see if i can find some examples.
