Speaker placement help

Hello all. This is a question more about speaker placement for a sound quality system. This will be going in a 1966 mustang and here's the parts I have so far. I have a few infinity kappa 12's sitting around plus infinity k1000 (1000rms amp) and a k600 (600rms) amps just sitting here. Plus I want to get the 80prs for the build . I have b2 audio ref 6.3 3 way 6.5 speakers.

So, with the 6.5's you'll have 3 speakers each side to place up front. Hoping to get them in the doors. Not sure if they'll fit but if not I guess a kick panel custom made.

My biggest issue I'm having is I hear people saying not to put anything in the back. That the kids and highs should be staged up front. So, should I only have the 6.5's up front and the woofer in the trunk? I might only put one woofer (ported) in the trunk. Not going for all, just sound quality, but I do want it a little loud, but not to take up too much space. I may even just buy a 10 and use that (ported). Anyways. Was hoping you all can just let me know where what size speakers should go. Do I need any highs or mids in the back under the rear window? Thank you guys.
I have a k1000 sitting around too. Good amp.

severe diminishing returns with multiple layers. They went with vibraflex instead.
Vibraflex is good to stiffen panels. You still need butyl and foil over it for deadening. The thing is; he is doing a sq build. If he was doing spl I would def suggest vibraflex and damp pro but it's not warranted here.

Alright, this is what I've bought so far. Will have a custom box built to spec. Going with Rockford fosgate prime amps. I'll be able to connect phone and iPod, but no satellite. I'll have to see if I can get something tied in there for satellite radio that will look good since it's a classic car. Went with shallow mount 10's because I'm not going for spl and want to take up a small footprint. Been reading the sd4's sound really good. Definitely gonna sound deaden the trunk and doors. Thank all of you. I may have further questions and I still haven't finished my other car because the H/O alt has something wrong with it. Need to have it checked. Lasted about a week before all my dash lights came on. Once I get that dialed in I'll install my 2 sundown u 12's and my Power T2500-1bdCP to push them into the other car. Here is what I have gotten so far for the 66 mustang.

Where did you get the P99rs?

You get great prices on everything there. He ordered my b2 ref 6.3 for under $600. A gately box for a pair of 12's sold at gately is $535. Arden audio gave me a quote of under $500. I could go on. Yes, everything brand new. Ordered directly from manufacture.
What was ur completely installed price if u dont mind me asking?

Thats awesome to know. If I ever need one.
But isnt this unit discontinued? You cant get them it would seem.
Whats the deal exactly?

I'm going to assume that it isn't direct from manufacturer due to the discontinued status but Arden Audio has been around long enough that I'm sure they've got plenty of contacts in the car audio world (especially in NorCal) to pick one up from a distributor/warehouse/other shop that has been sitting on a shelf unopened somewhere.

Hasn't been done yet. Bought the mustang online and waiting shipment. Will be shipped directly to Arden audio and installed then. I barely started piecing the parts together.
Ok but whats your bottom line for all equipment n installation? Did they give u a fim price? I apologize if im being presumptuous.
