Hey Guys,
I'm pretty new to this forum and I just wanted to see what you all thought about running 2 sa 15's off a kicker zx2500.1 at 2 ohm? They will be getting at least 1200 rms each from the amp, is this too much for these subs, as they are labeled at 600 rms? I really didn't think it would be an issue at all because of the great things I had heard about sundown audio, but I just wanted to be sure.
My other question has to do with the grouding of my drycell in the back by my amp. I ran 2 runs of 0 gauge knukoncepts power wire from the front battery to the rear of my jeep. my question is whether or not I should run two runs of the same 0 gauge to the chasis as the ground. i know that a lot of people like to run a ground from the front battery to the rear battery but I figured I wasn't running enough amps to cause the chasis ground to become the 'choke point' of the electrical system.
Any info in general would be great as I am still learning lots.
Thanks!
