Zapco stealing my CC info?!?(story)

I'm simply stating that coming on here and just blasting a company and calling them out when nothing is 100% concrete is not cool...

if its found out that someone from the company is in fact guilty then by all means blast them.. but to do it ahead of time with no proof... thats just wrong
i know, i was just bustin on you.

but they are liable for his info and it does seem to be the case that they might have had a breech in customer information and that would explain there unwillingness to talk to the customer, there probably trying to figure out what happened too.

 
I dont care if you disagree with me or not, all I know is someone stole my info.

Im posting bc of the apparent coincidence with the city I last gave my info to, and the place this order is being sent to. I do like Zapco, and I dont want to believe someone from ther would do this. Did I mention that I hate scammers and I would love to see them all die a slow and painful death?

I do understand your frustration.. any sort of scammers should be dealt with accordingly.. they are scum for sure..

However if in the end its proven that it wasnt anyone from Zapco then what?

this multi page thread slamming and crapping on the company will of been for what? you will of badmouthed the company and completely trashed them all because of a hunch... are you simply going to say "I'm sorry" and go along your way? Jumping the gun and bashing the company makes no sense and in fact you are doing a massive diservice to the company... not cool...

granted if it in fact is someone from the company then by all means they should be exposed... but that should be after the fact and once its been proven that someone from ZAPCO in fact was responsible...

 
To the OP, wait so your Bank cancelled the card? My question is, are you being held responsible for the charges ?

if you're not being held responisble since its fraud, what does it matter? You're getting a new CC and hopefully that doesn't happen again....

all i can say is what goes around comes around sooner or later......

I may or may not get the $$ back. It depends on what the bank decides. I have been scammed in the past. If this time, I can determine who it was I will be happy. Its not really against ZAPCO as a whole, Its only against the (possible) person that works for them. Call me cold hearted but I wouldnt mind seeing someone burn in hell for ripping someone off. (not limited to just that...)

to be fair, he did try to contact zapco, to which he found a dead end. It's not like he just said "they're in the same city, it must be them". Perhaps he did jump the gun a bit, but it's not like he didn't try to talk to the company, they just didn't seem to be too helpful.

he gave zapco a chance to clear their name, they chose to hang up on him. if they would have cooperated somewhat, maybe he would have let it go?

see if the flowers had a note attached, i know when ive ordered flowers i usually write a note, and you need to put down a contact number for delivery, im sure you can get more info to surface. plus someones girl will be pissed that they got sent flowers with a stolen credit card.
