If they hung up on you, that would be a big read flag to me. No company should do that. Robert is the owner, right? I'd call back and talk with him directly. You have the full addy the flowers were shipped to?

That is really odd that both Zapco and the place the flowers got delivered to are in the same city.

Recenlty there has been lots of stolen credit cards floating around since Hartland payment systems lost over 100 million credit cards. With over a 100 stolen CC and debit cards that makes a large fraction of the US population at risk including my own family members who got fraud charges this month.

I'm simply stating that coming on here and just blasting a company and calling them out when nothing is 100% concrete is not cool...
