If they hung up on you, that would be a big read flag to me. No company should do that. Robert is the owner, right? I'd call back and talk with him directly. You have the full addy the flowers were shipped to?

Yes I have the full name and address of the recipient of the flowers...

I'm not saying you're wrong in your analysis, but to say, "That's the world we live in," implies to just get used to it. Lay down; give in and don't worry about covering your ***; subservient.
If he didn't get his money back then that would be one thing. But since he got his money back there's no use in stressing over it because taking legal action can be very time consuming and costly sometimes. And it's probably going to be hard for him to prove this anyways. I never said everybody should just ignore people trying to scam but in this case I don't see a point in pursing this any further for him.

I agree, but I would still love to see whoever did this be punished..especially if it was a ZAPCO employee

Yea I understand it would just **** for you to end up losing more money by taking them to court and possibly losing. But yea scammers **** and should be punished. Karma will probably come around and bite them in the *** one way or another.

I'm not trying to argue with you or thread jack, so I'll stop. Just wanted to make a point, and I think we both have.

call up the person who received the flower and ask him/her questions about who they got the flowers from and where that person works, etc. If they don't want to comply then call up their PD and see if they comply then. Then just work your Sherlock Holmes skill from ther
