what is that load trick? I dont understand how that would work..the only thing i dont like about the AA's are the fact that it has a single 4 ohm voice coil

trick only works on phoenix gold xenon monoblocks. they have a regulated output, so it does the same power from 1-4ohms. what it's really doing is limiting the power on lower loads.

with the trick you bypass the xe.load cicruit (as well as all protection) to make the amp do it's true 2 ohm power. since my amp will do 800W without the trick that would theoretically be 1600W at 2 ohms.
