Your first system

Actually, the gains were set pretty low.. the store where i bought the amp had 3 of the same come back to them... we called lightning, and they said that the amp is only 2 ohm stable for every day use...

haha... mine was a crappy pioneer hu, a 8 year old polk 10 inch sub

in a truck box ( i have a car hehe) it must have hit a good 128ish hehe, oh yea, i had a mtx 120.2 amp goin to it, it was good for what it was.

Matt

craig hu from best buy

pioneer 6.5 3 ways from wal mart

jbl amp gtq180 then amp wouldn't cut off ever so they replaced it for $15 w/a jbl gtq360

My first system was:

an eclipse hu //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

some crap 6 1/2's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

a targa amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

and some fosgate subs.

its all in the signature except the jbl amp. i had a boss 250 amp that i bought from a friend for 20 bucks. only one channel worked and it looked like hell but it worked for awhile.

i'm gonna get a pioneer 760 amp, 2 12" pioneer vccs, and a couple pairs of some pioneer 6 3/4 speakers. then its all pioneer and be bumping good.

I pretty much have the same system as i started with, but i expanded on it. My first system was 1 10" MTX 4000, a Promax 150 watt amp (you wish you had one, lol) a JVC 40x4 tape deck, JVC 12-disc changer, pioneer 4x6's, and pioneer 4x10's. Since then i have added another 10", upgraded the amp to a MTX blue thunder pro 150x2, and got my new alpine deck. Man, the deck switch alone made a huge difference.

same as now

JVC Head Unit

Clarion 6x9's (front)

factory speakers in the rear

2 Rockford 10's in sealed truck boxes form factory

old Kenwood 280 watt amp pushing the subs

Not great, but its my first try at this. I'm gonna save some money and upgrade in about 6 months.

Oh yea, i drive a 99 Dodge Ram regular cab (NOT VERY MUCH ROOM TO WORK WITH)
