First system for me was in a 83 or 84 Nissan Sentra, Was 2 pyramid 12"s gold cone yellow surround.. 1 pyramid 400watt amp, pioneer deck, stock speakers.. this was like 15 years ago tho.. did not know any better then.. second system was a lot better... 2 Still water kicker 12"s on a linear power purple amp dont' remember the specs tho.

First system for me was a pioneer deck, stock speakers, 2 10" type R's on a old as$ lanzar 4 channel amp. To think I thought I was hitting hard back then lol. From there I went to 2 12" type R's on an AP1500, next was 4 12" AP subs, I forgot what model, also on the AP1500, then I traded those 12's for 2 15" RF P3 and now I am waiting to put the system in my sig in my vehicle.

My issue is what is considered "old school" around here. Most of the new members call anything pre 2009 old school...I call mid 90's old school lol.

2 kicker L7's in massive individual ported boxes. Got them for free from my ex gf's brother. American Legacy amp to run it. All hooked up to the stock radio and speakers. It was a saturn. LOL positive side of that car was it's 90% plastic, so not much rattling.

Somewhat the same, I started with 1 12" and I'm going up to 1-2 15's

My first subs I ever bought I purchased before i even had a car to put them in. a couple Ebay special pyramid hyper pro 12's 1200 watts each or so they said . cousin ended up talkin me into sellin them to him and bam a few months later got my first car...go figure. So i Hit the flea markets and walmart and grabbed a sealed box and a Pyramid superblue 1000watt amp and 2 lightning audio 12's . All in a little 95 Ford Escort 4dr Sedan
